Our Purpose:
We equip leaders working to fulfill the Great Commission for the long-haul--
Christian leaders are often on the strategic edge of what God is doing in the world as they seek to fulfill the Great Commission. However, their personal desires are frequently overlooked, if not ignored beyond their most basic physical needs. Exago’s purpose is fulfilled as it pours its energies into equipping Christian ministry leaders and organizations to “survive and thrive.” Though our staff is often sought out to be involved with the training of leaders in ministry praxis, we believe that caring for the leader's personal needs is a crucial first step.
We seek to come alongside to offer encouragement, while helping leaders seek refreshment in their personal spiritual walk. Though what their “hands” are doing for Jesus is important…their “head” and their “heart” need to be cared for and encouraged along the way.

To Network and Train--
We have actively engaged via higher education in the classroom, podcasts, and conferences while building unity in the Church by ecumenically creating and implementing proven systems to network and equip leaders and their organizations. For instance, we have and continue to actively engage with leaders from organizations such as, but not limited to Fellowship of Christian Athletes, CRU, National Network of Youth Ministries, Pioneer Bible Translators, YWAM, & Navigators. For several years we partnered with the organization formally known as the Center for Mission Mobilization, and played a leading role in developing what used to be called Support Raising Solutions.
To Consult--
From leading ministry staff retreats for organizations, to interacting in seminar formats, and formal consulting that directly speaks to the shared needs of ministry leaders and their organizations - we are passionate about equipping those focused on their personal and organizational vocational callings for the kingdom of God.
We offer 3 primary types of professional coaching
- Holistic Coaching More than just member care, this enhanced holistic focus within coaching is focused on developing the individual ministry leader and their relationships, along with their ministry focus. It offers strategic help for pastors, missionaries, church planters, and many other vocational ministry workers.
- Support Raising Coaching Also referred to as Ministry Partner Development, this focus is tailored to someone who has already completed Training (such as the incredible SRS Bootcamp) yet want to utilize additional regular guidance as they set about the task of building their support team.
- Executive Coaching Tailored guidance in organizational leadership and personal development
To Network and Train--
