The ultimate goal is for a Great Commission leader to be continuously fulfilled in their primary identity in Christ while engaging in the specific kingdom-building ministry they have been called to for the glory of Jesus and the kingdom of God.

WHAT IS GAINED FROM EXAGO COACHING
We come alongside ministry leaders to offer individualized encouragement while helping them experience refreshment in their personal spiritual walk, rhythm of personal life, and formal ministry role. Though what their “hands” are doing for Jesus is important … their “head” and their “heart” need to be cared for and nourished as well. Holistic Coaching provides a safe listening ear and voice that, in some ways, may seem similar to what is often referred to as "member care." However, Exago is not the HR department of a church or mission agency. This sort of 3rd party wisdom provides the Coachee the ability to be vulnerable, teachable, and astute as they begin to increasingly thrive in their life and ministry role. Concurrently the leader’s personal and family desires will be addressed as part of the holistic engagement.

Some offerings of Exago Coaching include:
- Relationship with a Coach that has ministry training, expertise, and a proven track record of healthy practices and application
- Flexibility in that it is open to either individuals or married couples
- Consistency as the Coach and Coachee average at least 1 monthly call, personal meeting, or zoom video chat (this is the minimum, not the maximum) over a calendar year
- Ministry Partner Development discussion/oversight (support raising guidance)
- Prayer & Soul Care
- Ministry Guidance as requested
- Interactive goal setting and review as requested (S.M.A.R.T. goals are highly encouraged and seen as crucial)
- Sensitivity, perspective, and response to needs arising in personal life and ministry
- Feedback regarding Administrative Q&As, Social Networking, Newsletter, Communications, etc., as requested
- SITE VISIT It may sound audacious, but most Coaches WANT to do a site visit at some point. They look forward to engaging with a Coachee in the field, where they typically live and minister. This is not guaranteed as it takes some considerable pre-planning and additional resource considerations, but there is a hope for and the possibility of a personal site field visit to almost anywhere in the world.
