Welcome to my personal "resource sharing" page. I tend to frequently mention many of the following resources/links.
Marque and I pray for and are committed to equipping ministry leaders to “survive and thrive,” and we are thankful for our incredible ministry partners and teams. God has blessed us in raising up a great personal support team that both prays and gives so that we can be spiritually healthy, vision driven, fully-funded missionaries that serve ministry workers. None of the following links affects our primary income - we live what we teach in raising and living off of support.
Blessings!

EXAGO LEADERSHIP:
Exago Coaching
DO YOU HAVE SOMEONE PASTORING YOUR SOUL? I’ve known too many ministry workers who at best could be described as "doing ok," or in all honesty were feeling isolated and desperately lonely. Though always around people, no one was ministering personally to them. There are many pastors, missionaries, church planters, etc that are unhealthy partially because they are the one always in charge, always on the microphone, and/or just always “on” in general. This often leads to burn out or worse. It erodes your relationship with your creator, your family, and eventually the health of your ministry. I pray that you have someone safe who is pouring into you without judgement. This shouldn’t be someone who cares more about attendance and/or budget numbers than your soul, and it shouldn't be someone with the power to fire you. You need someone safe, honest, yet willing to challenge you in love and truth. If you don't have someone like that, please search for them! A possible avenue is via Exago Coaching. Is it professional counseling? Life coaching? Career guidance, marriage or parenting guidance? NO. And yet, it we have been told that it can feel like all of those things. Most importantly, it encourage ministry workers to walk closely with their creator. |
Support Raising Coaching
My personal favorite 3rd party support raising coaching is also a service provided by Exago Ministries. If I could go back in time and change one thing about my workflow after I first attended an SRS Bootcamp, I would have searched high and low for a qualified support raising coach. I believe that I would have been fully-funded many months sooner because of the additional guidance. Hopefully your organization provides a seasoned veteran who is personally fully-funded, that will intentionally walk with you in your support raising process. This is sometimes called an MPD Coach (Ministry Partner Development). If your org doesn’t provide someone, find someone! Talk with fully-funded veterans you know, or hire someone! Warning: I strongly recommend against having a Support Raising Coach who has never been fully-funded via personal support raising of their entire salary. Accept no substitutes! Someone needs to have lived it in order to provide expert guidance that affects your support raising work-flow. Exago's Support Raising Coaches have complete credibility! |

SRS:
Please note that Exago and SRS are different ministries. Much of the following links and resources are specifically provided via SRS. I'm excited to share the following, as much of the high quality resources that help so many ministry workers. In some cases, it has been my pleasure to contribute towards the following:
